, the Florida Supreme Court will hear oral argument today in Michael Schiavo's challenge to the constitutionality of Terri's Law. I never predict outcomes in Supreme Court cases, state or federal, but I will go out on a limb here: Michael Schiavo will win this by a squeaker - perhaps as close as a one-vote margin (with Bush appointees siding with their governor).
