Abortion funding.

According to the San Antonio Express-News, "[s]ix Planned Parenthood affiliates can continue to perform abortions with privately raised funds in Texas without jeopardizing $13 million in annual state funds, under a temporary injunction granted by a federal judge Monday." The court's injunction effectively stays a recent state law that would otherwise have gone into effect on Sept. 1. See also article in Austin American-Statesman.
