Norval Morris, an author whose
Brothel Boy stories have played an important part in my
Law, Literature and Medicine course for many years, has died at the age of 80. The best obituary on him so far was in
The New York Times, but the difficulty of finding a stable link to that article has sent me to
The Seattle Times, which ran
the Times' obit in full. Morris was an extraordinarily gifted writer whose explorations of criminal responsibility and justice were original and entertaining.
